1. Ultra low noise

① Adopt high-precision hobbing machine and hob to process high-precision helical gear, with accuracy up to LT5 ~ 6;

② Using molybdenum alloy steel and low temperature aging treatment, it has small deformation and high precision in long-term operation.

2. Firm structure

① The gear and shaft are connected by dense tooth interference press fitting structure to avoid the damage of traditional key connection in impact load and positive and negative transfer;

② The right angle reducer adopts Grayson arc tooth structure, with high transmission efficiency, no self-locking, firm and durable.

3. High reliability

① Class H (180 degree) enameled wire and insulating material are adopted, with large safety margin;

② The winding adopts Y-shaped connection method, and the voltage of each winding is only half of the supply voltage. The actual working voltage of the winding is low and is not easy to be broken down and damaged. Especially when the motor is driven by frequency converter, the reliability advantage is higher.

4. Advanced structure

① The use of right angle hollow reducer can reduce the axial size, save installation space and reduce the size of equipment;
