The speed regulating motor or speed regulating electromagnetic braking motor adopts SF, SK governor or SFB, SKB driver to control the motor and report Er-1 fault alarm
1、 Control principle and fault analysis
1. A speed detector for detecting the speed of the motor is installed at the tail of the speed regulating motor, and the wiring port names are S1 and S2.
2. The speed measuring ports of the governors S1 and S2 are connected to the motor speed detectors S1 and S2 to receive the motor speed feedback signal.
3. The governor compares the motor speed values fed back by the motor speed detectors S1 and S2 according to the user's speed setting value. If the actual running speed of the motor is higher than the setting value, reduce the motor voltage (reduce the throttle); If the actual running speed of the motor is lower than the set value, increase the motor voltage (increase the throttle) to stabilize the motor speed
4. If the governor raises the motor voltage (increase the throttle) to the maximum value and after a 10 second delay, the governor still does not receive the speed signal fed back from the motors S1 and S2 or the speed value is "0", judge that the motor is not running and alarm Er-1.
5. According to the above control principle, the possible causes of Er-1 are as follows:
(1) Before the governor Er-1 alarm, the motor did not run.
reason:
① The connecting line between motor and governor U1 / U2 / Z2 is abnormal;
② If the motor load is too large and the motor is locked, the motor power shall be increased. If the speed meets the requirements, the speed ratio can be increased.
(2) The motor runs, but after 10 seconds, Er-1 fault alarm is reported.
reason:
① The wire from governor to motor S1 and S2 is broken or not connected.
② The motor tachometer is damaged and the motor is returned to the factory for repair.
(3) The motor runs, but the Er-1 fault alarm is reported after running for a period of time.
reason:
① If the motor is very hot, the motor power is too small and the load is too large. Increase the motor power. If the speed meets the requirements, increase the reduction ratio.
② If the motor is used for frequent start and stop, the motor starting torque margin is too small and the load is too large, the motor power shall be increased. If the speed meets the requirements, the reduction ratio can be increased.
2、 Turn off the governor or driver Er-1 function
1. The governor Er-1 alarm function is mainly used for motor locked rotor protection, but the motor overload cannot be protected.
2. We do not recommend the user to turn off this function. If this function is turned off, the motor or governor will burn out once the motor is locked under excessive load.
3. Turn off this function only for fault cause judgment and analysis. After the problem is solved, be sure to restore the turn on protection function.
