1、 Fault code instructions
1. Fault code / fault name / fault cause and solution
① Er-0 - system parameter abnormality - parameter abnormality, which can be through FB 00 restore the factory setting. If it cannot be restored, it needs to be returned to the factory for maintenance.
② Er-1 - large over current - short circuit, short circuit to ground or motor burnout between u, V and W ports of frequency converter and the connecting line of motor port. Check the connecting line and motor between motor and frequency converter.
③ ER-2 - overcurrent - if the load is too large, the motor is locked, the motor is disconnected or the acceleration and deceleration time is too short, F0 can be increased 15,F0. 17 or F0 16,F0. 18 time value.
④ Er-3 - Communication timeout - RS-485 communication is disconnected or poor. Check RS-485 communication wiring.
⑤ Er-4 - overvoltage - deceleration time is too short, increase F0 16,F0. 18 deceleration time value, or F3 group DC braking function is adopted.
⑥ Er-6 - low voltage - the input power supply voltage is too low. Check the incoming line L and N voltages.
⑦ Er-8 - motor overload protection - when the motor overload reaches F5 04 set value, overload protection action, if the motor only operates for a short time, F5 can be adjusted higher 04 motor overload protection value.
⑧ Er-9 - rotation direction, limit warning - when the user is in the menu F0 06 if the rotation direction limit has been set, but the restricted rotation direction operation signal is incorrectly input, this warning prompt will be displayed.
⑨ Er-10 - current bias, abnormal voltage - return to the factory for maintenance.
2、 Instructions for use
① Do not use in explosive environment, flammable gas environment, corrosive environment, places where water is easy to get on or around combustibles.
② Avoid continuous vibration and excessive impact.
③ Be sure to ground the grounding terminal.
④ Installation, connection, inspection and other operations must be carried out by professional technicians.
⑤ Operating environment:
Ambient temperature: - 10 ℃ ~ + 45 ℃ (no ice);
Ambient humidity: below 85% (no condensation).
