1、 Features:
1. Adjustable output torque
It is equipped with a special driver for torque motor. By changing the input voltage of torque motor, the output torque of motor can be changed.
2. Suitable for winding
Continuous winding with constant tension, if the winding shaft diameter is increased to 2 times, the output torque of the motor also needs to be increased to 2 times, and the motor speed needs to be halved. The torque motor can easily realize this proportional relationship.
3. Applicable to locked rotor
When the torque motor is in the locked rotor state or close to the locked rotor low-speed operation state, it can ensure the stable output of torque. It is applicable to the purpose of locked rotor transfer or the motor must be in locked rotor state at the final stage of operation. Torque motor can run for a long time under locked rotor state. It won't burn out.
4. Suitable for unwinding
Under the action of external force of reverse rotation, the torque motor rotates in reverse and has braking performance. Its braking force is about the torque of locked rotor (speed is 0). This feature can replace the magnetic particle brake. The friction disc is used to control the unwinding tension. It has the characteristics of low cost, long service life and convenient adjustment. It should be noted that the reverse rotation speed of the motor end should not exceed 1500r / min.
2、 Precautions:
1. Because the torque motor is designed to work in torque mode, the efficiency of the motor is low. If the motor continuously works under high voltage, the temperature rise of the motor is high, and even the internal thermal protection is triggered, resulting in the failure of the motor to operate normally. Please pay attention to design, modeling and use.
2. The torque motor is equipped with an automatic reset thermal protector. If the motor runs too hot, the thermal protector will cut off the power supply of the motor and the motor will stop running; When the motor temperature drops,
The thermal protector will automatically reset the power supply and the motor will run again. Therefore, it is not necessary to cut off the power supply in advance to prevent accidents.
