Matters needing attention when selecting reducer with large reduction ratio (1:50) or above and installing intermediate reducer
Our 6-200w multi-functional reduction motor is designed according to the international standard size. Because the reduction motor with large reduction ratio (1:50) and the reduction gearbox with small reduction ratio share the same size, its design application occasions are: only low operating speed is required, and full power output of the reduction gearbox and motor is not required. Therefore, when the reducer with large reduction ratio (1:50) or above is selected or the intermediate reducer is installed, the maximum allowable torque of the reducer will be less than the rated output torque of the motor × The product value of the reduction ratio. If the output shaft of the reduction gearbox is stuck or seriously overloaded, the reduction gearbox will be damaged. Please pay special attention when designing and selecting.
In particular, the three-phase motor has strong overload capacity, and its starting torque can reach 3 times of the rated torque. If the output shaft of the reducer may be stuck or seriously overloaded, please select the single-phase motor with starting torque less than the rated torque.
90 frame series motors are available with 40W and 60W low-power motors. Therefore, 90 frame adopts reducer with large reduction ratio (1:50) or above or is equippe0.7n ? M × one hundred and twenty × 3 = 252n ? m, far exceeding the maximum allowable torque of 40n ? M. therefore, if the output shaft of the reduction gearbox is stuck or seriously overloaded, the reduction gearbox will be damaged.
Optimization design: the motor power shall be reduced. The motor power shall be 40W motor with frame number of 90. At the same time, do not use three-phase motor with strong overload capacity, and use single-phase motor 90yb40gv22 with starting torque less than rated torque
According to this configuration, the maximum output torque is 0.3n ? M × 120 = 36N ? m, less than the maximum allowable torque 40n ? m, meeting the requirements.
